Kindly Pay Attention to the following:

• A non-refundable/non transferable deposit is required to schedule all appointments successfully. The deposit will go toward the final cost of the service(s) you selected. Only cash, and Zelle is accepted

• Please book the correct service and you can reach out to me for any add on questions before the appointment day, Last minute changes or add-ons will not be permitted the day of your appointment as this will be an inconvenience to the customer that's scheduled after you. Please and Thank you.

• Please come prepared for your hair to be braided

• We operate a No Refund Policy.

• Refer to the below Length guide. Prices listed are for 12-18" and regular size only, let me know if you want it longer or smaller.

• Natural Hair Length is expected to be at least 6 inches, you will be charged $20 for extra short.

• No Extra guest

• Location will be forwarded to the phone number provided after deposit and appointment has been successfully confirmed.

No Show

• If you do not show up for an appointment (30 mins late will be considered as a no show), if no respectable explanation is given. You will also be banned from scheduling future appointments.
